Description
Aperol is an Italian bitter aperitif made of gentian, rhubarb, and cinchona, among other ingredients.
It has a vibrant orange hue and an incredible summer drink, next with ice or used as a part of of a cocktail.
Start by adding ice into the glass then pour in the Prosecco, the Aperol and add a splash of soda, top with a slice of orange. This serving avoids the Aperol settling at the bottom.

- FILL A WINE GLASS WITH ICE
- COMBINE PROSECCO DOC FOLLOWED BY APEROL IN EQUAL PARTS
- ADD A DASH OF SODA
- GARNISH WITH AN ORANGE SLICE
