Bechamel was born from the encounter between fresh milk and Virgil butter to become the protagonist of many exquisite traditional Italian recipes. Perfect in combination with first courses, to give an extra touch to meat main courses or to enrich flans, soufflés and crepes.

Milk, cream, type 00 soft wheat flour, corn starch, salt.
