Bristot 1957 Maraschini Ciliegia
This tea cake is freely inspired by Maraschino, a typical Middle Eastern that has for centuries been produced in the city of Zadar in Croatia, prepared with cherries.
Ingredients:
ALMOND PASTE (sugar, legumes – SOY -, peeled ALMOND 10%, modified potato starch, vegetable oil- rapeseed-, apricot kernels, salt, preservative: E202, flavours, food colouring: E150a), apricot kernels, sugar, candied orange (cubed orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidifying agent: citric acid, preservatives: E220), potato flakes, EGG WHITE, emulsifying agent: SOY LECITHIN, honey, ammonium bicarbonate, leavening agents (sodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, WHEAT STARCH, anti-cake agent calcium carbonate), flavours, preservatives: E200.
Filling Ingredients – cherry jam (25%): Glucose-fructose syrup, 40% cherry puree, sugar, red fruit puree (4% – elderberry), gelling agent: pectin, acidifying agent: citric acid, preservative: sorbate potassium, flavours.
Contains milk and derived products, cereals containing gluten.
