Shortbread with lemon cream, filled by hand.

Ingredients – puff pastry:

Wheat meal, margarine (vegetable oils and fats – palm, rapeseed and sunflower – oil, water, concentrated butter 2,4%, whey powder, emulsifying agent: E471, sunflower lecithin, salt, honey, flavours, preservative agent: potassium sorbate, acidifying agent: citric acid, antioxidants: E306 – E304, colouring agent: carotenes), sugar, eggs, rice meal, leavening agents (sodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, wheat starch, anti-caking agent: calcium carbonate), whey powder, honey, salt, emulsifying agent: soy lecithin, flavours.

Filling Ingredients – lemon cream (25%): sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, condensed low-fat milk, water, vegetable fats- palm, sunflower-,lemon juice 3,5%, modified starch, acidifying agent: E330 , preservative : E200, emulsifier: E435, flavours, colouring agents: E171-E161b.

It may contain traces of other nuts (almonds).
