Bauli pastry art honours the queen of the holidays: Easter is celebrated with the Classic Colomba, made with sourdough and left to rise for a long time for an extraordinarily soft dough.

The Classic Colomba is made with fresh eggs, selected flour, quality butter and orange candied fruit, with a sweet covering of almonds and a delicious grain of sugar.


Type "0" soft WHEAT flour , sugar, candied orange peels (15%) (orange peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), BUTTER , fresh EGGS , granulated sugar (7%), natural yeast ( WHEAT ), ALMONDS (2.7%), emulsifiers: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower seed oil, rice flour, salt, EGG WHITE powder , skimmed MILK powder , flavourings.

May contain nuts and soy.
