Distilleria Marzadro Grappa With Nettles
Obtained from the cold infusion of Nettle leaves in Grappa of selected Trentino mixed pomace, distilled separately with the Bain-marie method in a discontinuous still and subsequently mixed. Nettle is a spontaneous plant of the Urticacee family.
It is harvested in spring, when the plant is still young, on Monte Stivo in Trentino. On the same day the Nettle is washed, selected and bottled.
The herbaceous and slightly pungent flavor gives the Grappa a strong personality.
