Distilleria Marzadro Grappa With Gentian Root
Obtained from the infusion of Gentian root in Grappa of selected Trentino mixed pomace, distilled separately with the Bain-marie method in a discontinuous still and subsequently mixed.
Gentian is a plant of the Gentianaceae family and is harvested in late autumn and spring, on the Monte Baldo reserve in Trentino, by our distillery.
The root gives the Grappa a dry and aromatic flavour.
