Tasting Notes: This sparkling wine is straw yellow in colour and has a fine and persistent pelage. It has an aromatic bouquet, fruity and floral with reminiscences of acacia flowers and wisteria. Refreshing on the palate with balanced acidity and pleasant dry aftertaste.
Food Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif and accompaniment to starters and summer main courses.
