Alambra is a coffee with an intense aroma, with a predominance of dark notes: very persistent cocoa, spicy notes, with a very strong taste.
Very insistent on the palate, almost chewy, with medium-high persistence, perfect for those who love intense coffee and bitter notes.

How do we get it?

For such a strong taste we favour 70% Robusta coffee, with 3 origins present in the blend and a medium-dark roast that brings the beans to the desired result.

How to extract it?
