Golden and compact cream (if extracted at the bar), quite intense due to its aromaticity and a very interesting impact on the nose thanks to the aromatic notes of caramel, chocolate, citrus fruits and gianduia on the base.
At the beginning of your tasting, the tip of your tongue will suggest a high sweetness which is accompanied by a good acid note on the bottom capable of perfectly balancing the other flavors and offering you a pleasant compromise between sweetness and medium-high persistence.
How do we get it?
We blend 100% Arabica coffee from 8 countries around the world and obtain a unique blend with a medium-dark roast to meet the taste of espresso and offer it again at home, respecting the quality of the starting bean.
How to extract it?
For home consumption, we have our ground formats designed specifically for your moka. The Mehari blend is also available in beans for preparing espresso at your local café.
