Strega is a product that draws its origins from an ancient local tradition, composed internally of soft sponge cake soaked in Strega Liqueur and protected by two nougat wafers Alberti.
Everything is expertly wrapped in a covering of the finest dark chocolate. An Alberti proposal that satisfies the most refined and demanding palates, the result of traditional processing of natural ingredients carefully chosen by our master craftsmen.
Ingredients: Sugar, honey, cocoa paste, sponge cake ( egg , wheat flour , sugar), hazelnuts , cocoa butter, fructose, alcohol, water, egg albumin , emulsifier: soy lecithin , natural flavourings.
Cocoa: 51% minimum in coverage.
May contain milk , mustard , lupine and other nuts .
