Description
A shorter variant of the classic Tubetti Lisci, the Mezzi Tubetti Lisci are part of the family of very short, straight-cut, smooth dry pasta and originate from southern Italy.
The format owes its name to the characteristic shape, reminiscent of small tubes.
The Mezzi Tubetti Lisci are recommended for the preparation of legume soups, such as beans or lentils or for soups in broth.
They are also excellent for the preparation of particularly delicate dry pasta, with light tomato and basil sauces.
