Description
Greco di Tufo is a white wine with an immediate aromatic approach of ripe and juicy yellow fruit, followed by sensations of cedar and a creamy mouth, with a flavour well prolonged by sensations of anise and mint.
Pressing of the grapes which are immediately cooled to 10 °C for 4-6 hours. Subsequent soft pressing with static decantation. Fermentation in steel vats at 14-16 °C for 15 days. Malolactic fermentation not carried out.
This Greco di Tufo DOCG is a full expression of the heart of the Greco di Tufo production area with particular attention to the exact degree of ripeness of the grapes at the time of harvest.

Pairings: Greco di Tufo DOCG is a wine suitable for seafood dishes, excellent with raw and sautéed shellfish, it also goes well with meat dishes, pasta with mushrooms and truffles, and with blue cheeses.
