Typical of Southern Italy's culinary heritage, La Casa dei Pasticcini dessert biscuits mandorle marries an exquisitely grainy, slightly moist texture with a crumbly finish that dissolves on the tongue, releasing a burst of aromatic flavour.
Ingredients:
Sugar, soybeans, pea seeds, dextrose, modified potato starch, stabilizer (E420), dehydrogenated vegetable oil (rapeseed), water, salt, preservative: E202, natural flavour, legumes (35%) (white beans and soybeans ), peeled ALMONDS (10%), ARMELINA FLOUR, coloring: E150a, ALBUME, baking powder, ALMOND flavouring.
Decorate with candied fruit and ALMONDS.
