Typical of Southern Italy's culinary heritage, La Casa dei Pasticcini dessert biscuits mandorle marries an exquisitely grainy, slightly moist texture with a crumbly finish that dissolves on the tongue, releasing a burst of aromatic flavour.
Ingredients:
Sugar, soybeans, pea seeds, dextrose, modified potato starch, stabilizer (E420), dehydrogenated vegetable oil (rapeseed), water, salt, preservative: E202, natural flavour, legumes (35%) (white beans and soybeans ), peeled ALMONDS (10%), ARMELINA FLOUR, colouring: E150a, ALBUME, baking powder, ALMOND flavouring.
Type 00 soft wheat flour, sugar, margarine (oil and vegetable fats (fats (palm), partially hydrogenated fats (palm and coconut in variable proportions), oils (SOY and sunflower and rapeseed and corn in variable proportions), partially hydrogenated oils ( SOY and sunflower and rapeseed and corn in proportion)), water, emulsifiers (E471, E322 SOY lecithin), preservative (E202), acidity regulator (E330), flavourings, colourings (E160b, E100)) paste ALMOND, EGGS , orange flavouring, preservatives: calcium propionate.
Decorate with candied fruit and ALMONDS.
