La Molisana Neapolitan Zitoni
The ziti are a type of pasta from elongated shape and hollow in the centre, originating in Naples and made with durum wheat semolina.
Similar to bucatini due to the smooth and tubular surface, ziti can have different sizes, as the Neapolitan tradition requires that they be broken by hand before cooking.
