Only 100% Italian durum wheat semolina, full-bodied thickness and inviting colour.
The scialatielli of La Molisana have a rectangular section, similar to that of tagliatelle, but are thicker and more irregular.
They are also incredibly persistent and go perfectly with succulent fish-based recipes or fragrant meat or vegetable ragu.
