The cut Ziti 36 La Molisana are similar to the pens, but have straight ends which make the sisters several of the most famous pens. This pasta shape has the ability to catch the eye for the perfection of its shape and the elegance of the amber colour with a delicious golden note, also thanks to the bronze drawing that opacifies the surface and makes it rough and greedy.
