From the Aged Grappas of the Brachetto and Dolcetto vines, carefully assembled through skilful cellar cuts, “Intesa” is born.
The understanding between two red vines of Alto Monferrato such as Dolcetto and Brachetto develops in a disruptive way.
The liaison is intense and brings back the characteristics of two “tenacious” red vines that express the essence of the hills of the Alto Monferrato on which the aromas of their lands grow and “concentrate”.
From the steep hills… to the Aging Cellar, where the grappas of the two vines are “softened” thanks to the aging, at natural temperature, in small barrels of Tronçais oak.
