Peppers grilled on hot lava stones, flavoured with spices reminiscent of the Mediterranean and placed in olive oil.
Ideal as an appetizer, side dish or to stuff sandwiches and focaccia.

Peppers 63%, olive oil 30%, garlic, chili pepper, parsley, salt, wine vinegar. Corrector of acidity: citric acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
