Sourced from Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes grown in the vicinity of Castelvetro, this robust red is crafted using traditional pressing and maceration methods.
After fermenting for approximately 10 days at temperatures of 18-20°C, a secondary fermentation takes place in autoclave tanks.
The result is an elegant, deep ruby hue streaked with violet, complemented by a harmonious balance of acidity and fruit.
Its taste is succulent and fruity, with a delightful, lingering bitter aftertaste.
