Description
An easy drinking red wine is produced from 100% Negroamaro grapes and has a deep ruby red colour and intense aromas of fresh red fruits on the bouquet.
On the palate, there are an abundance of warm, damson fruits with spicy edges which are concentrated, well structured, rounded, well balanced with strong but sweet tannins.
Food Pairing: The perfect accompaniment to meat sauce pasta dishes, grilled or stewed meats, rich game and well seasoned cheeses.
