Chocolate Orange Panettone
The citrus scent of candied orange releases a sensation of freshness and intensity. Inside, the dark chocolate contrasts and complements the citrus of the candied fruit. The panettone manages to best express a combination that has always been able to satisfy the most refined palates.
Ingredients:
WHEAT flour, fresh EGGS from free-range hens, BUTTER, natural yeast (WHEAT flour, water), dark chocolate chips 10% (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Cocoa 48% minimum), candied Sicilian orange peel 10% (orange peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), sugar, orange paste 4% (orange peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin, fresh EGG yolk from free-range hens, whole MILK, glucose syrup, cocoa butter, salt, skimmed MILK powder, natural flavourings.
Contains: eggs, milk, soy, wheat (gluten).
May contain ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS and PISTACHIOS.
