Campania Falanghina IGT from Tenuta del Meriggio
Classification: Still white wine
The Falanghina vine is grown mainly in the Sannio area where the Benevento clone is present; it has a good vigor and good productivity. The manually harvested grapes are vinified in white and fermented at a low temperature in steel.
The wine has a straw yellow colour with an intense and well balanced aromatic profile with hints of citrus, pineapple and white peach. On the palate it has good acidity and flavour, with flavours reminiscent of ripe fruit, even tropical.

Organoleptic Notes Campania Falanghina IGT
COLOR: Straw yellow.
TASTE: On the palate it presents itself with good acidity and flavor.
BOUQUET: Ripe fruit, even tropical.
PAIRING: It goes very well with the local cuisine. Excellent with seafood, with grilled or baked fish and with fresh or slightly seasoned cheeses.
